Lead times for made-to-order items
When you purchase a made-to-order piece, it sparks a delightful flurry of activity: Gemstones are dispatched and the piece is cast, soldered, set, polished, and perfected by hand. Everything is checked for quality before we package it up and send it your way.
From the date of purchase, please allow about 4 to 6 weeks for production and processing time. We’ll notify you as soon as your item ships – it will be ready before you know it!
Lead times may vary and we cannot currently guarantee shipping dates on made-to-order items. We appreciate your flexibility and recommend placing your order well in advance if you’d like to have your order in time for a specific occasion.
Processing time for in-stock items
We’re always so excited to ship out your orders and pride ourselves on being very prompt. We ask that you allow between 3 to 5 business days for us to process and ship your order.
If you purchase in-stock items and made-to-order items in one transaction, we’ll default to combined shipping when all of your pieces are ready.
But we understand if you’d like each individual piece as soon as possible. If you’re interested in purchasing separate shipping for each item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make it happen.
Orders placed in the US are shipped via UPS with tracking and full insurance. We offer two domestic shipping options: $15 via UPS Ground or $30 via UPS 2-Day.
If you would like to add a signature requirement or use a faster shipping option, feel free to reach out to email@example.com and we can get you a quote.
If you’d like to have items shipped outside of the US, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to provide a shipping quote for you and enable your shipping option at the checkout.
We currently collect sales tax on all orders that are placed from and shipped to the state of Illinois. Buyers are responsible for any value-added taxes (VATs), customs, or duties incurred during import or delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, securely pack the item in all of its original packaging and ship it back within 7 days of delivery.
Please use the same shipping method that was applied to your order. You will be responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
In order to receive a refund, your item must be returned in its original condition with no alterations or signs of damage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Custom orders and items purchased on layaway are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please view our layaway policy for more information.
